90% watercut crude emulsion costs $65 per barrel of oil.
50% watercut emulsion equates to $42 per barrel of oil.
This is from my Engineer.
And one more thing, drilling down to the Bakken vertically provides valuable information regarding geological structure and reservoir parameters that is tied into the the 3D seismic. It will verify and augment the prospect. I am pretty sure Alpha knew that.
