What we have is a joint venture to dril 11 wells at $1.2 Million per well, with jv parner providing the drilling monies. Once all the wells are drilled PMI will recover all of its equity (Monies previously spent) and this willl drive discretionary cash flow for PMI. In addtion, PMI will receive their share of oil revenues once the jv partner has recovered all of their equity (costs). Once this is all over with (Phase #1, PMI will have received over $20 Million in the form of equity and profit paticipation, with all rovincial royalty fees paid). This type of financing will make POP prosper into the future. During phase #1, the jv partner will also have the option to pick up shares in POP. This equity option is an enhancement to the deal, the financing is by far the most important part of the arrangement.

The balance of the deal, provides for addtional financing of up to $100 Million. I am impressed with this deal and I am quite confident that we will be sitting at a much higher sp once the deal is fully understood by the financial comunity. Keep in mind, that the jv partner is a "crown corporation" of the S. Korean Government, with a AAA credit rating.
