Could be??They are manipulating the news and closing of financing deal to allow the politicians ( you know the ones whom have the power to say yeh or neh) the opportunity to get a discounted share position. I predict a fast drop to as low as the mid 40's. Then a slow steady recovery to present levels by early October.
