I've been a holder of these two companies for the last 3 years.  And admittedly, I've been a lurker on this board for the same time period.  "Long time reader, first time poster!" 
Over the years, I've watched this "maroon" Poise speak ill about both of these companies, if you are not a holder, or supporter, why on earth do you care to post your rhetoric?  Why do you waste your time and our time posting your cr*p.  Seriously, you have wayyy tooo much time on your hands.  Yesterday's news is a speed bump, not a big deal, just an opportunity to load up on both at a cheaper price.  Hold long, hold strong and reap the rewards when the deals come through.
