The company was advised by KMDC last week that it was in the final stages of obtaining approval from Korean financial authorities for its $2.15-million subscription to the initial private placement financing.
If that is the case, in should not take long for KMDC to obtained the final approval and advice POP without any delay!!!
Why wait until October 7th ?
Or is there anything else they want to re-consider we don't know anything about?
