RE:RE:RE:RE:No deal today or tomorrow, or ever.

So tell me, speculator, where in this paragraph it makes any mention of the parties still "negotiating":

"KMDC has confirmed in writing its intention to complete the private placement financing by Oct. 7, 2014, has advised that such financing requires restructuring financial facilities and has advised that it is in the process of doing so. In response to concerns expressed by the company regarding the length of the proposed extension, KMDC has committed to pay $500,000 on Sept. 19 and an additional $500,000 on Sept. 26 regardless of whether it has the requisite restructuring completed, and to advance the balance on Oct. 7, 2014.

KMDC needed time on their end to restructure a vehicle for compliance purposes.  This happens in international business transactions all the time.

They have explained the situation, recommitted to the deal under the same price structure, and it is legally binding.  The money will either come in or it won't.  That's the risk and that's the opportunity.  The only rational way to trade this is you either believe the money's coming and go long it isn't and go short.

But reading the NR quote above, is there anyone here who really, truly thinks that money isn't coming?

We shall soon see!!!
