The market completely discounts the value of Terry King.  Law Society of B.C.; Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch (Past Chairman, Securities and Natural Resources, Mining, Oil and Gas Sections); Vancouver Bar Association.

This guy knows the business.  Lot's of King bashers over the past few years, unhappy investors, and I can understand the frustration of many, at times myself included, but come on, if you want to invest in a venture stock you absolutely want people of King's knowledge, background, connections and experience in securities law on the team.  Do not underestimate the horrific landscape of venture securities law, the associated costs of navigating those regulations and value of King in this respect.
