Good Evening Cool. I'm not sure of what you are trying to get at here. I too have access to the available number of shares to be shorted, and I can tell you for a fact that not every share, every time, every company, gets sold short immediately. There is a difference between the number of shares available to be sold short, and the number or shares actually sold short. Please clarify what you meant. Thank You
