I was out for drinks after the close on Friday and a couple of the Prop Traders were talking about an easy arbitrage on POP right now. They told me for every 16 shares of POP that you buy right now you’re getting 1 share of GoldStrike for FREE!!!
So I went home and did the math, it’s correct. The conversion is for every 4 shares of POP you get 1 share of GSR. Now that’s valued @ .025 and a conversion on GSR @ .10.
You can’t get any size on GSR as the stock is tightly held up to .10 but you can get size on POP @ .02.
So when you’re converting at a .02 cost base on POP to GSR 1 for 4 your picking up a FREE SHARE of GSR for every 16 you purchase of POP as you’re getting .005 for free every share you buy of POP converted into GSR.
16 x .005 = .08 (that’s what GSR is trading for now)
The trade is POP here folks, don’t even waste your time buying GSR until after the transaction closes.
The smart money has been buying POP, that’s why it’s doing massive volume. Stacking Bids at .02 is a no brainer. The stupid money is selling POP @ .02 and the smart money is buying as much as they can.
