The Koreans most likely got a second geological opinion and concluded the prospects are worthless.

The SP, in my humble opinion, will now drop to 18 cents.    You people need to listen to the geologists on stockhouse.  
The NR now indicates the deal may be thrown out.

They failed once because of people playing politics and apparently it isn't over. Poise has been right before. I bet there is a big scramble going on with POP management right now. Imagine going to court against KMDC... with what    no money to defend... it could be years.
