As it stands now, there is NO deal

until the Koreans sign and that is far from certain.

The obviously want to have a second look - perhaps they read Great Swami posts?  LOL

Asking until October 7 tells me they are reconsidering the deal. This is not simply paperwork, a missing signiture, approval, by the National Bank, this is doing their DD all over again.

I lost a pisspot full of money and now sit back and wait for a confirmation from the Koreans.

POP has no credibility, they don't know how to deal with the Koreans.

Like I said before, they never say no but will find a way to delay and do more due diliigence.  Wanting time until Oct. 7 is far to long for a simple approval by the National Bank????
