matter. what matters is when the money is wired into POP's bank account, then we can start buying.

Some people have started to buy already. Some have bought and sold already for a tidy profit. There are many ways to trade. I expect tomorrow will reach highs above 60 cents, and at the end of the day our weak hands will bail before the news.
