Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:ALL THIS FUSSWell that is the big bet isn't it?  Hopefully the next few aquisitions use a good price point on the share portion of the purchase price.  That will determine the price of the shares going forward imo.  The warrants, and shares that come free trading were used to "cash up' the company.  Dalsin's geinius, and past M/O was to convince management of aquisition targets, the value of his stock going forward.  With the next 2 expected aquisitons I'm hoping for a pop via a high set price of the stock (we are far and away overvalued on a fundamental basis), and if not, at least set a proven floor to the stock in the low 60's. If it is in the 50's, he better go on a buying spree, for our sakes. 

I'll have to think about it more, for now, but that's what I got right now.
