the problem is probably amount of shares transfered in one shot and twisted for fear and panic.. If they were on salary each for $1M people would cry, if they sold 50-100K shares each week people would cry, if they transfer shares people still cry, if they issue options at $1.46 and today price is on floor levels people forget those days..  Investors are never happy anyways ;)
