The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:For the recordI want to state that i believe this company will be very successful going forward.  Im a little suprised that nobody seems to agree that this earnings call is important to the the shareholders.  It seems like the consensus is that the second these warrants expire this stock will be off to the races.  I think the reason this stock is mainly down is because the entire health sector (especially aquisition based companies) are getting rocked from the VRX/PHM situations.  I have found in the past that conference calls after quarterly numbers are a great way to generate momentum and keep investors engaged.  Especially in the "vulture" exchange we are in today.  Hope you guys are all correct and after the warrants expire we see new highs.
