Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

I am likely as frustrated as you with this share price, but I do have a certain calm about this particular company. When I review why I am invested, I am not given to second guessing my position as I am with a couple others in my venture portfolio. If the numbers going forward match those of the past, we are in great shape. Just looking forward to new pod updates; it would be a pleasant surprise to me should one come in 2015. Good luck.
