Reporting ruels are simple. On the senior exchange it is 45 days per quarter and 90 days for year ends.
On the venture it is 60 days per quarter and 120 days year end.

THEREFORE, CXV year end was changed to Feb 28:
FY report is end of June
Q1 end is May...therefore end of July to report.

Now that this is easily cleared up can everyone stop askign basic questions that can be googled in less time than it takes to ask and wait for an incorrect resposne.
