Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. RE:RE:Edward Brand callSecondcoming2, yep, we need to see reasonable performance metric improvement in order to see material and longlasting lift. Our conversation did not cover same. If anything, Brand tempered expectations indicating that it would be the Q2 release that would move the needle. My 'low 30's' comment has as much to do with ongoing expansion announcements of new locations in combination with a mild improvement in revenue/free cashflow that I expect to see in Q1. Not that said expansion PR's have moved our sp to date.  On a positive note, by Brand's words, the story's potential will become much clearer by fall so the wait is not far off. I have my reasonably fat position now as I believe there is a significantly greater chance for sp appreciation then the opposite from this point onward. I might be early; if so, I won't sweat it.
