RE:RE:REIT feedback - not from Brann (not 'Brand' - my bad)My true answer would be "Depends". In this case, with all the D&G crappola surrounding this company, I think arms length transactions are far and away the best avenue.  With CXV being vetted by an outside, independent party prior to them entering into binding contracts to provide real estate gives me comfort that a sophisticated party has examined all aspects of CXV. In order for the REIT to commit to this many transactions, there would be a very high degree of comfort from finances thru operations. Make sense, Albanian?
