RE:Buying Opportunity ?traderguy5000, the cost to open centers has changed. With the advent of the REIT there will not be the same burn. We will see how impactful the REIT influence is after the first two opening with their involvement assuming 'standard' leases. Hard to do EPS model at this juncture imo.
