Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:RE:RE:What a bore!!I'm very long, and not selling a share, but I agree with you Sunset. I too have seen this many times. CXV may be just another company that grows sales, but never makes a dime. And there are many boards just like this one, with bag holders talking about the potential of their loser stocks, manipulation, buyouts, a friend on Bay Street, etc. It's all total nonsense. But, at the same time, a few of these doggies actually do turn into 10+ baggers from the bottom. I've lost most of my bullishness on CXV, but if they can achieve modest sales growth and keep SG&A in check, there is hope. While most Venture dogs are nothing more than hope and dreams, CXV is probably superior to most of them. I believe CXV is a hold through Q2 and Q3. I think most on this board are actually correct, when they say CXV is worth a shot at 11 cents. CXV may not perform, but it's also not headed for a delisting.
