RE:AbNormal

RE:AbNormalAgreed, Mas. To CXV mgmt - Simply deliver on promises and treat shareholders fairly. That all any of us can ask. Time will tell. I'm hopeful as mentioned several times.

from what I can recall the REit did not receive any upfront payment of shares.  Cxv has the option to use their services or NOT.  At the moment they have slowed down growth.  Why?  I'm hoping because they wish to save the capex expenditures.  After the Q3 may finish off the San Diego pod or Portland pod.  Then maybe this summer they expand in a different location (Denver?).  Yes many redflags and most could be cleared up with a CC or Nr.  That's my issue.  I don't trust them at the moment BUT if the Q3 arrives inline with my expectations then all is forgiven and we can move on.
