The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. CFO, or not, in my experience Venture companies have little leverage over their auditors.  Since Q4 results must be audited they have to get in line with all the other auditor's clients and wait for their turn.  This is why so many Venture listed stocks "wait" until the last opportunity to release - because their auditors know they have that timeframe to complete the task.

I'm not saying it can't happen - but BLVD is at the whim of their auditor - that's just the way it is.
