Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

So you are 1 penny away from hitting the all-time low (again) and 94% down from its all time high and think this strategy will work (which the market doesn't think it will based on SP)?? LOL!!!

Our patience as investors is being severely tested by the lack of news. But any transaction of this nature will carry a boatload of regulatory complexities and financing challenges that may take months to solve. We can only hope that Nitin is up to it and we will finally have our faith in this company rewarded.
