CC thoughts and going forward

CC thoughts and going forwardA part of me was hoping there might be some kind of bump today, but I think I knew that was a fool's errand.

It seems obvious to me were at a new base value of between $0.73 and $0.78. While I admit I purchased shared post rollback at higher prices it does seem about right given what are the hard known facts at this time.

The bottom line for me is that we need some catalysts.  In hindsight, Gamble has only been here for three months, and we've seen some great things from him, but nothing truly concrete yet.

What we need is:

1) closing of the LOIs. Enough talk about this already.  I do feel they over talked these early on to the point where closing was imminent

2) additional LOIs or greenfield applications submitted.  I thought it was odd they haven't submitted anything yet.  If they've been working on this plan for as long as they talk like they have, then why haven't they moved on this yet?  There could be a great reason, but they haven't shared it

3) A Q update.  We need to see what revenue is really coming out of in-patient detox with all of the efficiencies baked in. Show us how this is cash positive - for real

Those are my thoughts.  I think closing the outstanding LOIs and announcing some new targets is what we need to get to back in the high $0.80's low $0.90's.
