Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. I agree completely.  Large bagholder here also, but there is room for a lot of optimism based on the team (and, yeah, we can debate Heath).

There is so much of the plan here left to be executed, and I can be patient at this point given they haven't had a lot of time to execute, and they are working in a vertical that is heavily regulated.

SP is just at about book value, depending on the cash burn and the value of the real estate, so it's reasonable to assume that continued execution of the plan - that results in improved financials will only serve to increase demand, and the SP.

For full disclosure, I am by no means saying “buy”. I have stopped buying this a llong time ago, but yes I’m a bag holder waiting to see if the new model works. Just don’t understand why people are selling unless they think it’s draining cash fast. To me this is a hold and wait. GLTA
