I contacted my broker about share transfer today

I contacted my broker about share transfer todayHi,

I just wanted to update the board that I contacted my broker (Scotia iTrade) today via e-mail regarding the share transfer.  I tried to call them last week but was on hold for over an hour and never got through.

I decided an e-mail was the better approach so that I could attach the relevant press releases from VCAN that detailed the record dates and share/warrant formulas.

I also attached the communications I've had from Odyssey Trust.

What spurred me to do this was I reached out to Odyssey again earlier this month and they said that the transfers may have been registered in my broker's name and that I should reach out to them.  Odyssey also provided some contact information for my broker to connect with them directly.

I'll post to the board once I get an update.  Given the time of year I'm sure they're understaffed due to COVID and dealing with a lot of TFSA and RSP questions so I don't expect a response for a few days.
