Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. I think the market for CVHIF shares has pretty much dried up.  

My suspicion is that it was either misinformed investors who thought there was still a cannabis company behind the name or they mistakenly thought they would get the warrants and shares.

Looks like some are willing to pay $0.01USD still.
