Sure, if VCAN had $121 Million (US) in revenue.................... Verano has 46 locations and 1600 employees. We had one nice pot shop, and a 700 sq ft facility. This really isn't comparable.

You totally missed the point. It could have been VCAN merging with Verano instead of some damn resource co. that has a fraction of the tax losses VCAN does. VCAN mgmt are idiots to wind down co.
