I presume that we all received the same form letter sent by Adrianne, and that will certainly have been noted that we all wrote about the same time.  One thought that I had, does it matter that the share have been delisted, i.e. do they still have juristiction over the shell company?

Ok so I was sent a follow up email from BCSC: Good afternoon, Further to our email below, our Corporate Finance division has reviewed material the company has filed on SEDAR, and noted that the companys shareholders approved, at the last AGM, payments to shareholders within 24 months of the closing of the transaction. Payments to shareholders are to be made as soon as practicable, but within 24

If you believe the Heath email the Vibe shares/wrts are in the hands of the transfer agent with instructions to distribute to shareholders. Most VCAN shares are registered in street name (i.e.bbrokers name) so the disributions first go to the brokers and then onto individual shareholders accounts. I'm getting the run around from TDW and Odyssey so I have aske TDW to contact Odyssey and get it

I wrote back to Adtianne, and thanked her.  Also told her that we were just as concerned abouit the non-appearance of our VIBE share - could she assist? Quick change of subject - there are 3 classes of VIBE shares (CNX, CXB and CX2).  Do we know which class we are being allocated?

Oh my!  I just received this reply from Adrianne: "The VIBE shares are also subject to the “as soon as practicable, but within 24-month” time period mentioned below, which was agreed on." It looks as though we may be in for a long wait - let alone the 6-month hold that was part of the agreement. I think that we may have been shafted!

She is the one who replied from the BCSC - I am assuming that she has perused the document more carefully than I did!

The 2 year time line is for the liquidation of the assets that remain AFTER the Vibe shares/wrts are distributed to VCAN shareholders. The circ. estimates it could be $600,000 cdn ( $0.016 per share) but I think sleazy mgmt will take their time and keep drawing a salary until it runs out.

wow we're over a month into this and still a world of confusion over what should be a straight forward deal for shares. And CVHIF up 65% today just because.
