Just call your broker, and tell him that you want to exercise the unrestricted warrants (1st tranche).  There should be no charge, and the VIBE shares will probably be in you account in 7-14 business days.  You must have the money available to pay for the shares ($0.60 for each warrant).

How in hell is one suppose to trade these shares ? I just called my broker CIBC to move some and there is a restriction on the shares and warrants ? Can anyone please shed some light on this ??? A tad confused at what they are doing exactly ??????

it seems both tranches had a 6 month restricted trading period even though bozo VCAN mgmt did not inform us of it. The first tranche is now free trading and the 2nd tranche will be by mid May.
