Plenty of reads, but no takers.  This is the highest volume (by a mile), since 14 Jan 2019.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I don't - but I would like to think that something might be happening.

I think we're way passed the point where there should be any expectation of the $0.01 CDN distribution. Yes, the paper losses are there but don't you think if they really had any value an entity would have done something about it by now?
