RE: Now What?Not necessarily. This may cause Mr. Beaudoin to relinquish control. He may be forced to liquidate his holding comapny anjd effectively selling to, shall we say, more professional operators.

The project is very interesting. Progress has been made on licensing etc. Therefore I think this could be a good thing.Evidently buddy is broke so if he continues as the CEO, nothwitstanding the impending litigation,  the project will only be delayed.
 
Let's hope he doesn't bring the ship down with him. Let's hope a white knight will appear.
