I find it curious that a statement was not released explaining what is going on. Why do share holders have to wait for   answers from the accused in the first place is a bit strange. If it were me, I certainly would have cried foul if  theses were unfounded allegations. Why wait until  shareholders bail out before making a statement  addressing  these unfounded charges? Someone better explain this to us,  it's just not right!

From my read of dalesio's translation there has already been one conviction last April. Correct me if I am wrong but looking back at the chart thats the same time that the move up kinda stalled out and there was big selling by Joe D. Retail guys last to know again.
