Very old news.  He got a divorce and the wife got a big chunk.  That's been the problem.  IMO, he's waited for the Divorce settlement to move this forward.My information package contained interesting items.  It appears to me the reason they use PP's instead of the line of credit is it's actually cheaper to do it that way.  Them seem to pay very cheap
