If NDP win in the next BC election, I will think seriously of selling my CWA shares. Builders are worried about tax changes and labour cost increases.

$3.50 floor

Bounced off the $3.50 floor and on its way back up. Added a few shares but not enough. Current Div Yield is 11%.
