Was here awhile ago. Dropped out when they cut the dist.
Could be a good place to poark some cash.
Waiting to see what happens when the new dist. filters away it's way through the system.
They said it be around a 50 percent payout ratio. That would put them in a good position for an upswing if it should happen.
The only downside is they have not had any positive news for a long time
