Privatizatin question -- special meeting on Aug 21

Got the package, sent in my proxy.  What is everyone else's comments or opinions on what will happen and the approximate timeline for  completion of the process?

Got a small amount of skin (200 shares) and looking at tidy profit on the whole transaction, but really wondering about if I'm going to get hit with transaction fees or just a straight payout with no charges.

I too, only have a few shares left and my broker said to just leave them and let the process happen. They will be taken from us and the monies paid without any fees. At least this is what the ITrade CSR told me. Too bad too, the company is having a fantastic summer, sales have been almost record breaking, with them winning many future projects, I'd prefer to keep them.

Pretty much what I'm going to do myself, though I voted in favour of the proposal.  Guess we'll have to wait until Friday and see what comes out of the meeting.  I managed to get my shares at the bottom of a trough so I'll be up a couple hundred dollars.  One of my other stocks (Argent) pretty well went into the dumpster but the iTrade repotrts are showing a Hold/Buy
