Erthecode brands launching next week ?

PBIC has 3.06% of their assets in a private company called Erthecode. 

From my morning research...because obviously PBIC wont share any details of their holdings..... it appears that there is a Erthecode.com launching next week.... is this the right Erthecode? i am not sure.

This is a pretty interesting angle for PBIC, they own up to 50% of this entity,  Their brand is launching next week with very strong management team from ex-top-cosmetic companies.  Will PBIC share some of the goodies with their shareholders? i sure hope so!
