Good morning Slumdog, unfortunately i have absolutely no idea how WE, Shareholders, can make them move other than showing our frustration and their INCAPABILITIES of acting as a PUBLIC corporation! 

The only change that can happen is for the next AGM, however, as we all know there was a multitude of Share Cross-Trades that happened with Corporations with strong ties from management, (AION,BHNG,and a few others) it is my belief that those Shares will be VOTING in favor of whatever current Management has in mind. 

That said, It will not restrain me from reaching out to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM to express my disappointment.....but also MAKE THEM REALIZE that $PBIC owning hefty ownership % in their corporation is ALSO holding their share price down due to PBIC being INCAPABLE OF ACTING AS A PUBLIC COMPANY AND CREATE SHAREHOLDER VALUE. 

For Investors the WHITE ELEPHANT in the room is PBIC, sure it will gain momentum when INVESTEE portfolio starts to move up....... HOWEVER $PBIC owning controlling % is also acting as a redflag for potential investors wanting to invest in them.

Would you invest in a corporation where its controlling entity is a sleeping Public company that you never heard of completely incapable of bringing its market cap towards its book value in an over-valued-sector by it self? 

All those corporations are tied together.... and it appears that the one INCAPABLE of acting as a PUBLIC COMPANY is PLANT-BASED-INVESTMENT-CORP.

MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN AT THE HELM OF THIS CORP FOR A YEAR TRADING AT 1/4 ITS BOOK VALUE YET INCAPABLE OF LAYING OUT A SINGLE PRESS RELEASE?

I admire your boldness and being proactive in contacting the key players! However PBIC...does clearly state that their investments probably in the millions have been made to directly support...the major companies they are supporting namely BHng and Aion.......imo the action has to come from these 2 listed public companies....I believe it will ....it is just taking a long long time!  I think

As a shareholder from IPO (4 years ago?), I've been frustrated with the inability for management to even attempt creating any form of shareholder value. It feels as if my money has been taken hostage. I am interested in a legal recourse for many reasons, including:  - continuously ignoring my emails/calls as a shareholder - having a "coming soon" website for almost a year now -

Insiders are continuing to accumulate even as price tanks so I have to assume they intend to see this thing turn around

I dunno, there's three of them that have continued to add regularly. Seems to me all they would have to do is issue a press release pointing out the book value is 4x market cap and the thing would fly!

I am invested in some of their holdings namely Bhang!  I do read about PBIC quite often because they hold large interest in Bhng,Aion,Grin!   It has always been my impression that Pbic has 1-2 very large investors and PBIC is a cover to keep those investors private...also because they are a holding company they stick their noses into all kinds of leading edge technologies....some in

unfortunately rambling thoughts is all we can do until the management grows a pair of ball and press release something. this could fly above the dollar land within a blink of an eye with a simple update.... something is fishy behind the scene..... either they are keeping it low for a reason.... or they are the most clueless management a corp can have.
