Dragging down gold stocks and after CXB earnings being flat in my eyes if gold continues lower CXB will have to follow with lack of reasons to be excited about till next earnings. Go with the Gold

Gold is  just in consolidation for a while. The financials should be descent as price of gold spent a lot of time above what the gold miners forecasts were for the first 1/4 of 2024. Unless we have a market meltdown or some other major event(s) occur to rock the markets it should be a sit and wait to be rewarded scenario.
