You can't compare CUX and its valuation to the others on the list because they aren't in the same group and are valued differently and you know it. Besides it's not often that supermajors come calling and when they do it tells you something about the prospects going forward. PS - I do agree with the trading pattern before news but the same thing happens regularly with OIL and it doesn't seem to bother you at all in that case.
