Aside from all of the bobbling that's gone on to date, CAX is just fine. They're not burning through their cash because, well, they're not doing anything really. Chaal cost a few bucks, but I'm sure they've still got more money in the bank that just about any junior of their size. Call me naive, but I don't even worry about this one. If something goes wrong again at El Bibane, the verb "candaxed" will officially enter the oil and gas lexicon. candaxed (v.) -- the process of ending up in a situation where you have a pile of money, but every time you try to spend it on anything, everything that can go wrong, does go wrong.
