RE: Technical Expertise???

RE: Technical Expertise???"I learned today (from a well expert) that to get a well flowing using gas lift is the last resort. Also, this type of well action needs to be performed perfectly, otherwise the well bore could be ruined and the well will become useless. Anyone with expertise care to elaborate on this issue?" Sigh. If I were Clarke, I'd pull my hair out if I read such nonsense all the time. First off, the wells are SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED to use gas lift to enable them remotely restart production should they ever be shut in again. The nonsensical idea from your supposed "expert" that it will damage the well bore is totally ridiculous. Secondly, they say water they have is from drilling operations, not formation water, so once it is removed, they expect the well to flow.
