RE: I am so pssst"So much potential....such crappy management.:"

I completely disagree.  It's easy as an investor to observe a company looking from the outside in and to see all of their faults.  However reality is that Candax is still a very young company that needs to go through growing pains.  Yes management has a lot of experience working for large oil co's.  However they likely never had to deal with a sub-contractor that is doing crappy work, etc.  In my opinion that's where they are struggling.  They need to focus on the right people to expedite the difficult site work.  My guess is that they have already hired in this area after the EBB platform sub-contracting debacle.

If you have motivated, and talented management in place, they will make mistakes, however these are the individuals you want to keep in charge.  They will learn from their mistakes and be able to manage risk much more effectively on the next project.  That's what makes good managers.  My guess is that the test drilling at Chaal will go fairly smoothly.

When investing in a Junior Company you have to expect problems that larger co's just don't experience ... or at least have more resources to deal with them.  However we should also expect that CAX can and will learn from their mistakes and adapt quickly.
