RE: RE: Scotia Waterous - Potential Investors???

RE: RE: Scotia Waterous - Potential Investors???What you are referring to here , and more specifically the BIDCO company is in fact a non existing Company. What you have provided is the boiler plate Non Disclosure agreement, with all references to BIDCO ( Bidding Company) to be replace with the name of the real company that would be bidding, should there ever be one!

There was rumor last summer about a UK firm looking at Candax (name escapes me right now), but that was prior to the final kiss of death with shutting down El Bibane.

Main element right now is to see if they get their renewed financing by the end of the month, if so - then it's when does El Bibane come back on line and hopefully produces at a good rate ie: +1500 bopd hopefully.

Poker game right now......poker hand looking for a pair of Aces at minimum!

Bidco (LOL).  It's been a long day.  What can I say.

Are you referring to Vanguard?  I assume this rumour is completely dead now.  Haven't heard anything since Aug???

I'm hoping Candax cheats at poker and pulls a couple of aces out of their sleeves.  At this point in time I have zero faith in Candax's ability to manage projects.  Therefore if this gets a bit of a bump (say up to
.20), I'm out ... unless they have a significant change in management personnel.
