Looks like a computer algorithm for Goldman Sachs is the buyer ... 100 shares every 1 or 2 minutes.  A good sign if the buyers are turning on their "programs."  They have been "off" for quite a while.  Maybe they see good value here.  Who knows.

As someone said, very little volume pushed it down ... maybe the tree has been shaken now ... and sellers are gone.
