So is that 3 million + share option in today's news release a share dilution? I haven't been keeping careful track of the float.

The company has issued very options previously. This latest stock option award i is going  exclusively to people  operating the company and producing these great operating results.  This is a good thing. It shows that management feels that options have value and are being used to align shareholder and management expectations. Even accounting for this latest award, there is only 7.4% ...more

Yes. all options if exercised dilutes the stock.
