Upcomig Events ? OK there has been some speculation as to when the financials will be released and when the AGM and the trial starts. In my opinion I am expecting the financials for the fourth quarter and year end to be announced not this month or next month but instead some time around the 25-29 of November. All of Cybersurfs' financials for this year coincide with the release dates of last years and the years prior to that. Now tell me if I am wrong about this but it seems rather logical and makes sense to me.
The AGM will be held on the 29 of October in Calgary after the trial between Cybersurf and Mercury gets sorted out. The trial starts on the 13 of Sept and will be held in Calgary as the application to have the trial to be moved to Vancouver was denied by the Queens Bench in Alberta. The trial will also be expedient in nature as this was requested to enable a quick return to focusing on the companies activities rather than legal battles.
Pending the outcome of this trial which I beleive is presided over by just one judge (no jury) I believe the stock will rise (IMHO). The reason for this is even with more lawsuits and such looming overhead none are as large as the one with Mercury and Partners . I believe the judgment handed down will be large enough to counteract any other judgements made to the adverse side.
After the judgment has been made you will probably see Cybersurf pick up a couple more ISP's as they chose not to buy any other companies until all is sorted out.
IMHO one year target of 60-70 cents modestly
