You do realize those milestones are for the Adelia acquisition and the team that came from Adelia.  An acquisition that Cybin got for a great deal which now is the reason all the IP exists.  Just making sure you understand as you seem confused.

Read the acquisition press release as you are beyond confused.  The acquisition based part of the price as broken down into milestone payments.  i.e Adelia would recieve part of the aquisition amount in tranches based on milestones.  If you dont understand this and the fact that its a better way to acquire a company as to ensure milestones are met before payments are release then

Any company progressing usually takes the SP up.When they come out with that news the  Sp goes down.No coincidence just like there overnight PP ,what a joke that was .GL

I actually like this conditional dilution to fund a merger. Rather innovative. The owners of the newly minted shares are also tethered to the interest of company, as they are prohibited from offloading their bounty immediately, rather they do it gradually over 3 years.
